Customs Information

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees are generally not included in the product price or shipping cost. These additional costs may be applied by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Clearance: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures may vary and could potentially delay delivery. SRI KARKY EXIM is not responsible for these delays.

  • EIN is required for US customs clearance: (EIN) is often required for faster customs clearance when shipping goods to the United States, particularly for commercial shipments.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • High Cost: We cannot accept refund returns or exchanges due to high customs duty in India, high import courier charge and many terms of return shipment.​
